Q: How long does my listing stay posted on REblogg?
A: Your listing will be displayed for 90 days. Currently you are allowed to renew it 2 times for 90 days each time. This allows your listing to be displayed for a full 270 days. When a listing is about to expire, you will receive an email with a renewal link.
Q: Why haven’t I received my activation email, renewal email, or any other email from REblogg.com?
A: Please check your bulk and spam folders. If it is not in either and more than 2 days have passed, please submit a bug report. Additionally comcast is blocking legitimate mail on accident. Yahoo and gmail users may experience delays in receiving mail.
Q: How do I get a Featured Property spot on REblogg?
A: Unlike on other sites, you never pay for this extra exposure of your listing on REblogg. You earn it, based on the number of clicks/views your listing receives. This means that the most frequently viewed listing at any moment in time will appear in the Featured Property spot for the area being searched. There are 3 levels of Featured Property spots: 1) Local (by zip code); 2) by state; 3) by country. To insure that every listing has a fair chance of achieving a Featured spot, the number of clicks/views for every listing posted on REblogg is reset to zero every Sunday night at midnight Eastern time.
Q: Can I post my listing in more than one property category?
A: Yes. Currently, any listing can be posted in a maximum of 3 different categories. The second and third categories are chosen in Step 3 of Add Listing. For example, you may wish to post a property primarily as a single-family home, but it may also be appropriate to post it under Oceanfront Properties and under Luxury Homes/estates.
Q: Are there a lot of rules about listing properties, as imposed by other sites?
A: No. REblogg is your site and posting a listing is designed to be completely user friendly - a key factor in any good User Created Content site.
Q: Why is my picture small or distorted?
A: If your picture is appearing to be small after uploading it, then the picture you uploaded was less than 600x500 pixels. To prevent distortion we do not automatically enlarge pictures. To get the best quality please upload a picture bigger then 600x500 pixels.
