REAL ESTATE IN PINAL COUNTY IN ARIZONA

Although the housing market is in a severe down turn nation wide there is some positve news in this area. Granted Pinal County has suffered as has the rest of the country but we are in an area that still is attracting people. These items include new commercial business,and affordable housing. Last but not least don't forget LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION the 3 most important parts of real estate.
This doesn't mean that there are not great buys in real estate here, we are like everyone else and have suffered as we had so much growth that we have had an equal decline in prices. It is definately a Buyer's market here so you have not only great prices but a great selection to chose from.
We are fortunate to be located in what is known as the Golden Corridor of Arizona. This area follows I-10 and is situated between Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona's 2 largest cities. The attraction to this area is not only Location but affordable housing. We are an easy commute to the larger cities but so much more affordable.
Last but least, most people love our weather, no snow, no hurricanes, no earthquakes, pretty nice overall.
